FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do I connect the Bluetooth Dongle?
Directly into the motherboard.
Please note that the dongle must be connected directly into the motherboard USB 3 Ports rather than the front IO
A recent Windows update may have turned on a feature that can affect how your product performs. For the best experience, we recommend turning off the Voice Clarity setting.
Can I connect the L118 headset to both my laptop and smartphone at the same time?
Yes. The L118 features multipoint technology, allowing you to stay connected to two devices simultaneously. You can listen to a webinar on your PC and seamlessly switch to an incoming call on your phone.
Does the headset only charge via the base, or can I charge it while traveling?
You have both options. The included charging base offers a sleek "drop and go" solution for your desk, but the headset also features a USB-C port for direct charging while traveling.
How effective is the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) in a noisy office environment?
Highly effective. The L118 uses advanced ANC technology to significantly reduce low-frequency background sounds like air conditioning and office hum, allowing you to maintain focus.
Is this headset lightweight enough to wear for an 8-hour workday?
Absolutely. The L118 is designed with an adjustable headband and soft protein leather earpads to ensure comfort during extended use and prevent "ear fatigue."
