The Lindy 4x4 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A/C Matrix Switch provides a flexible solution for sharing USB peripherals between multiple computers. Connect up to four host systems and four USB devices, then independently route devices to the required host for efficient resource sharing across professional workspaces.

True 4x4 USB Matrix Routing

Unlike a conventional USB switch, the 4x4 matrix architecture provides greater flexibility when working with multiple hosts and peripherals. Any of the four connected USB devices can be assigned to any of the four host computers, making it easy to share equipment across complex multi-system installations.

USB Type A & Type C Connectivity

Mixed USB connectivity makes the switch suitable for modern and legacy systems. Host connections comprise two USB Type B and two USB Type C ports, while the device side provides two USB Type A and two USB Type C ports. This provides greater flexibility when integrating different computers and USB peripherals into a single installation.

USB 3.2 Gen 1 Performance

Support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 provides data transfer rates up to 5Gbps, making the matrix suitable for high-bandwidth peripherals such as external storage, webcams and other professional USB devices. Backwards compatibility with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 allows older equipment to be incorporated into the same installation.

Frequently used routing arrangements can be stored as presets, allowing users to quickly recall complete configurations without manually switching individual connections. Up to eight presets can be saved, helping streamline workflows in environments where USB routing requirements regularly change.

Easy Web-Based Management

The integrated web GUI provides convenient network-based management of the matrix. Connected hosts and devices can be renamed for easier identification, helping administrators and operators manage more complex installations with clear and organised routing controls.
