8 Way UK Mains Sockets, Vertical PDU with Commando Plug

This 8-way vertical Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is designed for professional AV, IT, and data centre environments where high-capacity, rack-based power delivery is essential. It features eight UK mains sockets arranged vertically along a robust housing, making it ideal for mounting within server cabinets or equipment racks where vertical power distribution is required. The unit is terminated with a heavy-duty Commando plug, providing secure, high-current connectivity for demanding applications.

Constructed from durable, fire-retardant materials, the PDU delivers enhanced electrical safety and long-term reliability. The vertical socket arrangement supports efficient space management within racks while allowing straightforward cable routing and access. Depending on the model variant, features such as integrated surge protection and an illuminated power switch may be included, offering further protection and operational control for connected equipment.

Designed for 230V AC applications, this PDU is commonly deployed in professional AV racks, network enclosures, and structured cabling installations where higher power capacity is required. With its rugged construction and dependable performance, it provides a reliable and efficient solution for vertical rack-based power distribution.
