The convenient, space-saving way to connect your serial devices to an internal USB port!

This clever converter board can be mounted into a spare PC case back plate slot to allow you to connect two serial RS-232 devices to an internal USB port on a motherboard or expansion card. A space-saving alternative to USB converter cables, it's supplied with all required connection cables and back plates for use in standard and low profile PC cases.

Mounts into a free PC backplate slots
Does not use a PCI or PCI-e expansion slot
Consists of an interface board with one 9 Way D Male serial port and one RJ-45 connection; an RJ-45 to 9 Way serial adapter cable provides the second serial port
Supports standard and low profile form factors
USB 2.0 and 1.1 compliant
2 x 16550 high performance UART (RS-232) channels
Supports baud rates of up to 460Kbps
5V DC power supplied on each port for EPOS applications
Requires internal USB connection (motherboard or add-on card)
Internal power cable and internal USB cable supplied
Compatible with Windows 98SE/ME/2000/2003 Server/XP/Vista
