Recycling Your Batteries

EU legislation has been agreed with the aim of preventing used batteries from being disposed of in landfill.

To comply with this legislation, and to help the environment, LINDY provides a waste battery collection container at the customer collection point of our shop, for customers to return their used batteries for treatment and recycling. Alternatively you may return your batteries at your local household recycling centre.

Our customers can return all common battery types such as; button cells, AAA, AA, C and D size. Unfortunately we are not able to accept larger batteries, such as car batteries.
