New to this version is the ability to power the receiver by battery, making the device totally portable, and the inclusion of a microphone input, perfect for use with VoIP applications such as Skype.

In a stylish new casing, the LINDY USB Portable Wireless Audio System enables users to easily transmit audio from a PC or Mac wirelessly and to transmit the signal from a microphone back to the computer. The user simply needs to connect the USB transmitter dongle to a computer and connect the wireless receiver to a headset, earphones or a pair of powered loudspeakers.

With music streaming applications set to overtake downloading as the preferred method of listening to music, our wireless audio system offers users even more flexibility as to where they can listen. The addition, of a microphone input extends its capabilities even further allowing users to take advantage of VoIP away from their computer.

With no drivers to install, the gadget’s simple plug and play installation ensures that users are quickly ready to listen to music wirelessly streamed from their computer. Compatible with Windows 2000 or above, and Mac OS 10.4 or higher, the receiver can be powered by 1 x AAA battery or mains power. Both are supplied.
