Lindy Launches Studio Recording Range
We announced today that we are expanding our music equipment range with the introduction of a new studio recording products including mixers, headphone amplifier and headphones.
Delivering high-headroom and low noise to give the best-sounding audio possible with amazingly little RFI, the 4 and 8 Channel Mixers are suitable for a wide range of applications. The compact LINDY 4 Channel Mixer is ideal for home recording, live performances and post-production work where few inputs are needed, but a professional sound is required. Featuring mono input channels for instruments and microphones, as well as a stereo channel suitable for both instruments and sources such as an MP3 or CD Player, mixing audio has never been so easy.
The LINDY 8 Channel Mixer provides flexibility for small workspaces and is perfect for mobile recording. Its three preamps deliver pure, clean studio-grade sound at an unbelievably wide low end frequency and high gain ranges giving a high quality sound normally associated with a much larger, expensive mic preamp. The mixer’s five full channel pro mini-desk and 12-segment stereo meters provide granular control over mixed audio and final output, while the separate control room and headphone volume controls give an indispensable engineering feature.
Building on the success of our music cables and audio adapters, this new range offers amateur and professional musicians high quality recording and performance equipment at an affordable price. The latest range fits in perfectly with our popular guitar and XLR cables including our best selling USB audio cables that allows users to connect their instrument or mic directly into a computer.
The LINDY 4-Channel Stereo Headphone Amplifier can split a single audio source between four separate volume adjustable headphone outputs. Ideal for recording or performance situations involving one to four people the amplifier can be connected to a mixer output so performers can hear themselves and each other while recording or during playback.
The studio recording range is rounded off with the introduction of a new type of headphone for LINDY, which features a closed back design. These circumaural headphones have been specifically designed to reduce the effect of external noise while enhancing bass frequency response. This provides a sophisticated and high quality sound image perfect for recording and studio monitoring use. The LINDY Studio Headphones also prevents headphone driver noise from leaking out when overdubbing vocals.
