Live Help - Chat online with LINDY!
We have launched a helpline for assistance and advice, called LINDY Live Help. This service works by utilising instant messaging and connects the customer with a LINDY adviser from one of the company's offices in the UK, Europe or the US.
Live Help provides real-time communication with LINDY, in the language of your choice, with the person of your choice (if available) even outside of regular office hours. For instance, this means that if a user is struggling to install a USB peripheral or has a pre-sales question about a LINDY product, they'll be able to receive instant, real-time advice, from an experienced LINDY adviser or technician.
The LINDY Live Help service is available to all customers in the UK, whatever their enquiry or technical problem, however it will obviously only relate to LINDY products and their wider usage.
We've all experienced the common problem of occasionally needing a little bit of technical advice with a product we've bought or are about to purchase. However, what you need is for the advice to be instant, and not just an e-mail or message which can often take up to 48 hours to be replied to. The new LINDY Live Help gets round this by using Instant Messaging, so you know that you'll receive instant practical advice ' particularly useful when it's outside of regular office hours!
You must be a registered LINDY customer to use Live Help. If you're not, you can register using the link in the LOGIN box at the top of our web page.
How to access the LINDY Live Help service:
If you're a registered customer enter your user name and password to login.
Once logged in, select Support from the menu on the top of the screen. Then, from the sub-menu, select Live Help and follow the on-screen instructions.
