The Intelligent 8 Way Mains Panel is a power strip which automatically switches the power to your desktop computer peripherals and other connected devices. It features 8 mains sockets, one of which is a 'Master Socket.' Your desktop computer plugs into the master socket and controls the power to the peripherals connected to the other sockets. When you switch your computer on or off power to the peripherals is automatically switched too.

  • Designed for use with desktop PCs, Macs and their peripherals e.g. printers, scanners, speakers etc.
  • Can also be used with Hi-Fi and AV equipment
  • Built-in surge protection - 532 kilojoules of power dissipation including thermal fuse in case of a catastrophic spike
  • Telephone/modem/broadband surge protection - high quality varistors grounded to earth give the best possible protection against surge
  • Lowest standby power of 0.4 of a watt saving an average 35 watts per hour depending on the number of connected peripherals; this product can pay for itself in less than a year of use
