Factory made with controlled manufacturing processes

Two main areas exist where pigtails find their true application. The first is to allow cables to be terminated with pre-polished connectors through splicing (fusion or mechanical) to the main cable within wall boxes or patch panels. The second is in the assembly of active optical fibre components such as Lasers, LEDs and Photodiodes.

  • 900µm buffered fibre terminated at one end with an LC connector at the other
  • Multimode fibre
  • Traditional buffer colour white
  • Semi Loose 900µm construction
  • Standard length 2m (other lengths available)
  • Pigtails are available in multimodes OM3, 50/125 and 62.5/125 upon request
  • Test results included in each individual packed pigtail
  • For use with 8 Port, 12 Port, 16 Port & 24 Port Fibre Patch Panels
